Medicare and Medicaid Programs; CY 2023 Payment Policies under the Physician Fee Schedule and Other Changes to Part B Payment Policies

The comments focus on the safety and effectiveness of direct supervision through virtual presence as it relates to cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
