The Importance of Exercise

Your Support Group Leader will have Antigen tests available for you to test prior to you entering the building. If you test positive, we ask that you please leave the premises and consult your doctor. Take a photo of your negative test to show to your Support Group Leader.

Depending on the Covid Grid, masks may be required. Please bring one with you.
