Please join us for our in-person meeting at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics location in Iowa City. We would love to see you!
Vaccination is required to attend (fully vaccinated is presently defined as two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine). Anyone who is not vaccinated cannot attend. Please bring a photo of your vaccination card with you.
Your Support Group Leader will have Antigen tests available for you to test prior to entering the building. If you test positive, we ask that you please leave the premises and consult your doctor. Take a photo of your negative test to show to your SGL.
Masking will be in effect under situations as described in the COVID Grid. Please bring one with you. It is recommended that immunocompromised patients wear an N95 mask, including transplant recipients.
