Enjoy a day of golfing with family and friends and help fund research for an Alpha-1 cure on August 8.
Each year, Bob Healy puts together a golf tournament in memory of his brother, Paul Healy, who passed away from lung related Alpha-1.
Paul loved to play golf. In fact, Bob jokes that the only reason Paul got his lung transplant was so that he could play another round of golf.
So what better way to remember his brother than to have a golf tournament in his honor!
All the proceeds go to the Alpha-1 Foundation in Paul Healy’s name.
So join in and support this worthwhile cause. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team, the longest male and female drive, the male and female closest to the pin and to the winner of a Putting Contest!
Registration is from 12:00 – 1:00PM. Putting contest will be held prior to shotgun start, (3 balls for $5). Shotgun Start is 1:30PM.
