Skip speaks on respiratory assist devices to the airline industry educating them on allowed and disallowed devices as well as common problems and misconceptions that occur during the travel process. He spoke at the DOT Disability Forum in Cairo, Egypt in December 2009 and Miami, FL in 2010 Retired as a 29-year veteran Fire/Paramedic Lieutenant of the City of Norfolk, VA Fire Rescue service, Skip began his EMS career in the volunteer rescue squad. Skip has been a private pilot since 1976 and the founder of Advanced Aeromedical in 1981. The early days were primarily long-haul critical care patients on turbo-props and jets to all points around the globe and he still serves that clientele. This includes logistical coordination for equipment, oxygen and support for trips all over the world.
