Profile:

Dr. Webster is the director of the Mind/Body Programs for Cancer and for HIV/AIDS. She is a health psychologist who also provides individual psychotherapy, and is a researcher and clinical/corporate trainer for BHI.

This session will describe mind/body interactions, how stress affects health, and stress warning signs. Participants will have an opportunity to practice several relaxation response techniques that enhance inner stillness, resiliency, and physical and emotional well-being.
