Dr. Barker joined the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care of OHSU in 1976. He currently serves as Medical Director of Respiratory Care and Medical Director of the Pulmonary Function lab. In Addition, Dr. Barker serves as Chair of the Respiratory Therapy Program at Mount Hood Community College. Dr. Barker also maintains active.
