Alpha-1 Association Partner Launches Website for Oxygen Accessibility
The Airline Oxygen Counsel of America (AOCA) has launched a new website to promote greater access to supplemental oxygen for individuals who are traveling by air.
AOCA is a coalition of individuals and organizations whose objective is to strategize on next steps in solving the barriers for individuals who require supplemental oxygen during air travel. The website allows easy access to CapWiz which allows you to contact Members of Congress and Regulatory Authorities.
The website contains a list compiled by the COPD Foundation of concentrators that have been cleared by the FAA for use on airlines.
